Can’t make it?

Please adjust your appointment 24-hours prior to your visit to avoid any late-cancel charges that may occur. Missed appointments without cancellation will be charged 50% of the starting service price.

Payment:

A credit card must be entered online or provided over the phone and kept securely on file to reserve your time. You’re welcome to pay with cash, check or any credit card after your services are completed.

Pricing:

Prices listed on the service menu are starting points and may vary depending on hair length, density, and desired result. All color services must be paired with a blowout & style OR haircut service. We need to complete any color service with dry, styled hair in order to ensure the best possible results. Depending on the desired result, color services might require a toner or gloss, which is priced a la carte. If you’re new or booking a “new to you” service, our stylists are happy to provide a price quote during your consultation.

When to book a consultation first:

If your answer to any of the following questions is “yes”, please schedule a free 15 minute consultation prior to booking any other services. This will ensure our stylists are able to give you the result you want.

  • Are you looking to make a significant departure from your current hair color?

  • Are you looking for a vivid color?

  • Do you want a very short or pixie-style cut, but your hair is currently past your ears?

  • Are you donating hair to charity?

  • Have you previously had box dye on your hair?

  • Are you scheduling a perm or smoothing treatment for the first time?

  • Are you a new client with thick, extra long, and/or textured hair?
